We aim to provide a transparent and reliable delivery experience for all customers.

1. Shipping Coverage

Sam Containers currently ships to all U.S. states and territories using trusted courier partners.
All orders are processed and delivered within the United States only.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as processing days.

If we experience unusually high order volume, processing may take an additional day. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

To be processed on the same day, your order must be placed before: 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver)

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive in: 4–7 business days

(Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

Transit time may vary based on your delivery location and courier availability.

5. Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping in USA.

6. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted and recognized national carriers:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Your package may be shipped through any of these carriers depending on availability and destination.

7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier name
  • Tracking link

Tracking codes may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.

Bag Bazar is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 business days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Our team will assist you with a claim or replacement

Once a package is handed to the courier, Sam Containers is not responsible for delays or courier-related issues, but we will help assist with claims.

11. Delivery Acceptance

Upon delivery, the courier may require a signature depending on order value or local regulations.
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” Sam Containers considers the order fulfilled.
